Production Manager

We are seeking a driven and hands-on Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in our Tucson facility. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and output targets.
• Manage supervisors, team leaders, and production associates.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor production performance and address issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Support standard work practices, Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, planning, and other cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Train, coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Support inventory accuracy, material flow, and overall production readiness.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and problem-solving on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing, operations, or production leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, workplace safety, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, or similar methodologies preferred.
